- ability to work under pressure at a consistently fast pace in a very busy workplace- this is a busy kitchen so only apply if you can handle the pressure
- experience in commercial kitchen is an advantage
- ability to work a MINIMUM of 3 shifts per week- up to 10.30pm including a Friday or Saturday evening (or both) AVAILABILITY THAT INCLUDES DAY SHIFT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
- must be physically fit, some heavy lifting involved
- tasks include but not limited to, washing dishes and using commercial dish washer, assisting cooks, use of fryer, grill & hot plate organising recycling and rubbish removal, mopping floors, cleaning commercial kitchen equipment
- Pay rates according to Restaurant Industry Award
