responsibilities Prepare, weigh, mix, proof and bake. Monitor fermentation and oven development, making intuitive adjustments to guarantee consistency across every single batch. Maintain strict hygiene protocols and keep a spotless, well-prepped stations.

Work in a fast-paced team environment and communicate with staff. Operate, clean and maintain baking machines and tools safely. Monitor stock levels, check ingredient freshness and report shortages.



Follow recipes, production schedules and established quality standards.

Measure and weigh ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality. Qualification &

experience Previous experience as a baker or in a commercial bakery is preferred. Relevant baking or pastry qualifications are desirable but not essential, depending on experience. Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, recipes and production processes.

Understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards. Ability to accurately measure ingredients and follow recipes and production schedules. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and consistency.

Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
