We are seeking a motivated, skilled and experienced Bar & Gaming Manager to join our management team. This is an excellent chance for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and gaming environment, demonstrates strong leadership skills and has a sound understanding of regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of our Front of House Bar, Gaming, & Wagering Operations including our gaming room of 45 electronic gaming machines.

- Ensure compliance with VGCCC requirements, gaming legislation and relevant regulatory obligations.

- Maintain and assist with the implementation of AML/CTF policies, procedures and reporting requirements.

- Supervise, mentor/training and support gaming staff to maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

- Oversee responsible gambling practices and ensure staff meet their obligations.

- Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, documentation and internal reporting.

- Assist with staff training, inductions and ongoing compliance education.

- Monitor gaming performance and contribute to operational improvements.

- Support the CEO/Club Manager in maintaining a safe, welcoming and compliant venue.

About You

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:





- Previous experience in gaming & bar operations, compliance or hospitality management.

- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

- Knowledge of Victorian gaming legislation and responsible gambling requirements.

- An understanding of AML/CTF obligations.

- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to compliance.

- The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and lead by example.

- A positive, qualified attitude with a genuine commitment to customer service.

- Relevant gaming licences, certificates and industry qualifications will be highly regarded.
