Tumut River Brewing Co is on the lookout for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable bar staff to join our growing team!

We're a locally owned and operated craft brewery in the heart of Tumut, serving up great beer, gourmet pizzas, live music and good times. With 16 beers and ciders on tap, a welcoming atmosphere and a fantastic mix of locals and visitors, there's never a dull moment at TRBC.

We're currently recruiting for both permanent and casual bar staff, with opportunities available for experienced hospitality professionals and those looking to build their skills in a fun, supportive environment.

About the Roles

As part of our front-of-house team, you'll be one of the friendly faces that make Tumut River Brewing Co such a great place to visit.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing friendly, attentive and efficient customer service

- Pouring and serving our range of craft beers, ciders, wines and other beverages

- Taking food and drink orders and operating the POS system

- Sharing your knowledge of our beers and helping customers discover their new favourites

- Keeping the bar, dining areas and venue clean, organised and welcoming

- Assisting with functions, events and busy service periods

- Working as part of a team to create a excellent experience for every customer

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine love of hospitality.

Ideally, you'll have:

- A friendly,



outgoing personality and great communication skills

- Previous bar or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)

- A current NSW RSA competency card, or willingness to obtain one before commencing work
- The ability to work confidently in a busy environment

- Reliability, initiative and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed

- Availability to work a mix of weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays - we are open Wed - Sun for lunch and dinner and extended 7 days a week trading in December & January
- An interest in craft beer and local produce (we'll happily teach you the rest!)
