Solid hospitality experience — you know your way around a café floor, POS, and coffee machine
Friendly, genuine service — we want our team to feel like family to our regulars
Confidence with basic food prep & running food
Energy, initiative & reliability — we’re building something special, and attitude matters more than ego
Ability to work in our sister venues in Burwood East & Mulgrave preferred
