We are looking for a rapid, confident, and reliable Barista who can handle high-volume morning rushes without compromising on quality or consistency.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 2 years of barista experience working in busy, fast-paced cafes.
Fully confident dialing in, dialing back, texture-matching milk, and maintaining clean, efficient workflow under pressure.
Ready to jump on register, clear tables, run food, and engage warmly with our regulars during downtime.
RSA: Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card, or a willingness to obtain one prior to starting.
2. Experienced Bartender / FOH Server
Join our evening bistro team deliver exceptional hospitality, clean cocktail specs, and smooth floor service.
What we're looking for:
Robust hospitality background with hands-on experience in beverage service, classic/specialty cocktail batching/making, and casual bistro table service.
Excellent communication,
speed, and ability to read the room.
Valid NSW RSA required.
