WE’RE HIRING – EXPERIENCED BARISTA Artisan Crust Bakery | Floreat, Perth We’re a French bakery and café looking for an experienced barista to join our friendly team!
THE ROLE Five days per week: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday. You’ll take ownership of our coffee station, confidently preparing over 300 coffees per day independently, with some assistance during peak periods.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare consistently excellent coffee with great milk texture and latte art.
• Dial in the grinder and maintain coffee quality throughout the day.
• Manage milk and coffee orders, stock levels and stock rotation.
• Coordinate the coffee station workflow and help train current staff.
• Keep equipment and your workspace clean, organised and well maintained.
• Deliver friendly customer service and work closely with our front-of-house team.
ABOUT YOU • A minimum of two years’ experience working as a full-time barista.
• Confident working independently in a busy café.
• Reliable, organised and calm under pressure.
• Passionate about coffee, with strong attention to detail.
• A positive team player with good communication skills.
