We are currently seeking a Bartender to join our T.O.T.O Bar.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails

- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all drinks served

- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a personalised bar experience

- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area at all times

- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and minimise wastage

- Adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations and hotel policies

- Handle POS transactions and guest billing accurately

- Collaborate with the bar and kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations

- Assist in developing cocktail menus and seasonal beverage offerings





- Upsell premium beverages and promotions to maximise revenue

To be considered for this role you need to:

- Excellent knowledge of Cocktails, Spirits, Wine and Beer

- Previous Bar Attendant experience

- Knowledge of RSA

- Experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star establishment

- Inter-personal and communication skills

- Impeccable level of self-presentation and grooming

- Passion to provide a superior and welcoming customer service experience

- Knowledge of OH&S; and food hygiene standards

- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and nights

- Australian National Police Clearance, no more than 3 months old
