We're looking for a skilled, experienced and passionate Bartender to join our growing team.

About the Role

As an experienced Bartender at The Golf Sanctuary, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, energetic and premium hospitality experience for our guests.

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard.
- Demonstrating strong cocktail-making skills, including knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with members and guests.
- Managing bar operations efficiently during busy periods, corporate functions and private events.
- Maintaining high standards of bar presentation, cleanliness and stock organisation.
- Monitoring stock levels, assisting with stock rotation and minimising wastage.
- Operating POS systems and processing customer transactions accurately.
- Ensuring compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements and venue procedures.
- Working collaboratively with our food and beverage team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

About You





We're seeking someone who brings professionalism, personality and genuine hospitality experience to the role. To be successful, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a bartender in a busy bar, restaurant, hotel or premium hospitality venue.
- Strong cocktail-making skills and a sound understanding of spirits, beer, wine and beverage service.
- A current Victorian RSA certificate.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence working independently and managing a bar during busy service periods.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- A reliable, proactive attitude and a strong team-oriented approach.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Highly regarded:

- Experience in premium cocktail bars, hotels or high-volume hospitality venues.
- Cocktail development and beverage menu experience.
- Experience with stock control, ordering and inventory management.
- Previous experience using Square POS.
- Experience serving corporate events and private functions.
- An interest in golf, sport or entertainment (not essential).
