We are seeking energetic and customer-focused hospitality staff to join our growing Food & Beverage team. Roles include Bartenders, Bar Staff, Wait Staff, and Food & Beverage Attendants. You will work aboard some of Sydney Harbour's most iconic vessels, delivering unforgettable experiences for thousands of guests every year.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across bar, wait staff, and food and beverage attendant positions
- Work on Sydney Harbour with stunning waterfront views
- Be part of weddings, corporate events, sightseeing cruises, and special celebrations
- Work across our fleet of premium harbour vessels
- Work flexible casual shifts across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
About you
- Previous hospitality, bar, restaurant, café or event experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- NSW RSA competency card (essential for bar positions)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
