As a Senior Brow Artist/Beauty Therapist with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, you will be a highly skilled and experienced qualified responsible for delivering exceptional eyebrow shaping(Threading/Waxing) and eyelash services.

Multiple Location - Bondi Junction, Liverpool

Your role is pivotal in upholding the reputation and standards of our esteemed eyebrow bar. Your expertise will ensure that clients consistently receive top-quality treatments.

Key Responsibility/ Deliverable:

- Greet customers warmly and attentively. Understand and address client needs and expectations effectively.
- Provide exceptional services, including eyebrow threading, waxing, tinting, lash lifts, and brow lamination.
- Communicate well with customers, making interactions easy and enjoyable.
- Ensure the workplace is clean and adheres to health and hygiene guidelines.

Tasks & Activities:

- Upon arrival at our salon, you greet clients warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphereto put them at ease. You pay close attention as they express their eyebrow service preferences and expectations, ensuring you fully understand their needs.
- Before each service, you conduct a thorough consultation, discussing eyebrow shape, concerns, and past experiences. After the service, you confirm if you've met their needs and address any final questions or adjustments, ensuring clients leave satisfied with their experience.




- Perform precise eyebrow threading/waxing, creating desired shapes and ensuring client comfort.
- Apply eyebrow and eyelash tinting with accuracy, adhering to recommended safety protocols. Customize tint shades to suit individual client preferences and enhance their natural features.
- Execute Lash Lifts skilfully, enhancing the appearance of clients' eyelashes while ensuring their comfort. Perform Brow Lamination procedures with expertise, creating a groomed and well-defined brow look.
- Address client questions about the Brow Lamination/Lash Lifts, maintenance, and post-treatment care.
- You should excel in customer interactions, aiming for a friendly, clear, and approachable communication style. Listening attentively, providing easy-to-understand explanations, and suggesting tailored services are essential.
- Creating a relaxed atmosphere, addressing issues, encouraging feedback, and ensuring customers leave with a positive and memorable impression are key aspects of the role.
