At PRAGNA Beauty, we are looking for Beauty Therapist (Threading Expert) Staffs manage, lead and work as a beauticians by example. Help continue to provide excellent customer service to our customers and also continue to grow the business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients and assess skin type, concerns and contraindications.
- Perform[facials, waxing, tinting, manicures, pedicures, lash and brow services, massage, etc.
- Recommend suitable treatments and home-care products.
- Prepare treatment rooms and keep them clean and sterile.
- Keep accurate client records and manage appointments.
- Follow hygiene, infection control and safety standards.
- Help with stock checks, retail sales and promotions
- Managing client appointments.
- Keep up with the demand of clients.
- Making records of products and sales.
- Selling beauty products and treatments.
- Resolving complaints or issues.
Skill required:
- Two years of Threading experience in a salon setting.
- Experience in Eyebrows and Eyelash tinting.
- Experience in Eyelash Extension.
About you:
- Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Minimum2 years of experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of hygiene and skin care.
