Board Direction, on behalf of a leading not-for-profit organisation committed to providing older Victorians, their families, and carers with high-quality services, seeks to appoint one (1) Non-Executive Director to join its board.

Special Requirements

- Relevant qualifications and skilled experience in commercial, financial and/or organisational transformation.
- Demonstrated interest in aged care services and a commitment to improving services and outcomes for older people.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions and/or capital development will be considered.
- Experience relevant to strategic decision-making, organisational sustainability and growth.
- Understanding of the commercial and financial considerations relevant to a large organisation.
- Experience or expertise that can contribute to the organisation's strategic direction and long-term sustainability.
