Triquetra Visions Pty Ltd is a regional Victorian group founded in 2013. We operate three businesses: Trefoil Care Services (community nursing and support services), Triquetra Training Services (a Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised training) and Beckinslea Enterprises (a diverse rural enterprise at Brewster). Our head office and training rooms are at Sebastopol, Ballarat.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced bookkeeper to take ownership of the books across our three businesses. You'll keep Xero accurate, prepare payroll, and make sure every compliance obligation — BAS, payroll tax, portable long service leave, super and WorkSafe — is met on time. Our Xero and OFX accounts need a careful tidy-up: there are unreconciled and incorrectly coded transactions to correct. Your first 12 weeks (on increased hours) will focus on getting the current financial year right, working with our external accountant. If you enjoy turning a messy file into clean, reliable books, you'll find this role rewarding.

What you'll do

- Reconcile bank, card and OFX transactions in Xero and correct coding across three businesses.
- Prepare fortnightly payroll in Employment Hero, including award interpretation checks and Payday Super.
- Prepare BAS/IAS, payroll tax returns and portable long service returns for approval and lodgement.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including TAC billing.
- Produce monthly profit and loss, balance sheet and cash reports by business.
- Administer finance platforms and keep our finance procedures up to date.

What you'll bring

- Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping or higher accounting qualification (essential).
- At least 3 years' bookkeeping experience, including payroll under modern awards.




- Advanced Xero skills, including reconciliations and tracking categories.
- Experience preparing BAS and processing Single Touch Payroll.
- A methodical, well-documented approach and strong integrity with confidential information.

It would be great if you also have

- Experience cleaning up Xero files.
- Victorian payroll tax and portable long service experience.
- Employment Hero Payroll; SCHADS or Nurses Award payroll.
- Diploma of Accounting or higher, Xero Advisor certification or BAS agent registration.
