We’re on the lookout for a friendly, reliable Retail Assistant to join our team on a casual or part time basis. If you’ve got a positive attitude, love working with people, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive, can-do attitude
- Operating the POS system and handling cash transactions accurately
- Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organised store presentation
- Sharing your product knowledge and making recommendations to customers
- Adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations at all times
- Working both independently and as part of a supportive team
What we’re looking for:
- A current RSA certificate (required at time of application)
- Minimum 1+ years retail or hospitality experience
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Reliability and flexibility to work a range of hours, including evenings and weekends
