Lead and grow a labour hire recruitment business by managing a team of consultants and account managers, developing new client relationships, and strengthening existing partnerships. This role combines team leadership, business development and financial management to drive sustainable performance.

Key responsibilities
- Manage, coach and support a team of recruitment consultants and account managers.
- Develop new business opportunities and sell labour hire solutions to prospective clients.
- Grow and maintain existing client relationships.
- Oversee client delivery and support high-quality account management.
- Manage budgets and monitor financial performance, including profit and loss.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue and profitability.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in recruitment or labour hire management.
- Experience leading and developing recruitment consultants and account managers.
- A solid track record in winning new labour hire clients and growing existing accounts.
- Commercial and financial management experience, including P&L; responsibility and budget management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building and leadership skills.
- A results-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
