TRP Recruitment is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for ongoing opportunities with a brand-new cold storage distribution centre based in Eastern Creek.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the initial setup and launch of a brand-new warehouse, joining a modern, fast-paced operation offering consistent ongoing work, competitive pay rates, and the chance to secure permanent employment.

Working within a busy cold storage environment, your duties will include operating a High Reach forklift, stock replenishment, putaways, loading and unloading trucks, RF scanning, and general warehouse duties.

Shifts Available

- AM Shift: 3am & 5:00am start – $39.55 per hour freezer allowance

- PM Shift: 11:00am start – $40.00 per hour freezer allowance

Key Responsibilities

- Operating High Reach Forklifts

- Loading and unloading trucks

- Stock replenishment and putaways

- RF scanning and inventory management

- General warehouse duties

- Manual handling of products up to 20kg

- Working within a cold storage/freezer environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current LF Forklift Licence





- Previous High Reach forklift experience within a warehouse environment

- Comfortable working in a cold storage/freezer environment

- Strong commitment to workplace safety

- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling

- Reliable with an excellent attendance record

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport

- Available to commence immediately
