Our client is a national financial services provider seeking a proactive, service‑driven Broker Support Officer to play a pivotal role in supporting its accredited broker network. Based in Wetherill Park, this is a relationship‑focused position where you’ll be the central point of contact for brokers seeking guidance on systems, policies, credit processes, and settlements.

The Opportunity

You will provide end‑to‑end support across the full lifecycle of a deal, from application through to settlement, while ensuring brokers receive consistent, high‑quality service. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and internal teams to maintain strong governance standards, support channel performance, and contribute to broader sales and marketing activity.

Duties

- Manage enquiries, provide product guidance, and deliver exceptional service
- Ensure adherence to NCCP, AML, Privacy Act and internal policies
- Assist with compliance and sales training for introducers
- Maintain strong broker and aggregator relationships
- Maintain accurate broker files and competitor insights





Skills and experience

- Service‑focused with strong communication skills
- Credit experience beneficial but not essential
- Strong problem‑solving and organisational skills
- Understanding of NCCP, AML, Privacy Act, FSRA
- Knowledge of the finance broker industry and finance/insurance products is a definite advantage
