About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major transformation project within a large, complex organisation.

The project will see the replacement of an existing Time & Attendance system, transitioning key functionality into the organisation's existing rostering platform.

As part of the project, you'll be involved in introducing new timesheet approval and certification workflows, replacing approximately 600 existing time-capture clocks with new Suprema devices and supporting the integration of these devices with the existing card management system.

Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors, you'll play an important role in translating business needs into practical solutions and supporting the delivery of the new system.

Key accountabilities include:

- Working with stakeholders to understand existing business processes, requirements and operational challenges.

- Mapping current and future-state processes,



identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

- Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

- Working with technical teams and vendors on system integration requirements.

- Supporting the introduction of recent timesheet certification and approval workflows.

- Assisting with UAT, testing and implementation activities.

- Managing stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.

About You

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst on technology implementation or transformation projects.

- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills.

- Experience with As-Is / To-Be process mapping and gap analysis.

- Exposure to system integrations and working with technical delivery teams.

- Experience supporting UAT and system implementation.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
