Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst / Product Analyst, you will work across users, policy, legislation, operations and technology to translate complex needs into clear, practical requirements.

Your responsibilities will include

- Eliciting user, business, policy, legislative and technical requirements
- Modelling business processes, rules, data and system states
- Developing user stories, acceptance criteria, specifications and traceability
- Supporting discovery, solution design, testing and implementation activities
- Analysing legacy systems and assisting with the remediation of existing rules and processes
- Producing reusable analysis artefacts and transferring knowledge to internal teams

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Solid experience in business rules,



process, data and requirements modelling
- Demonstrated experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience maintaining end-to-end requirements traceability
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to work across complex business and technology environments
- Experience using tools and methodologies such as BPMN, UML, Azure DevOps or Jira
- Regulatory, legislative change or legacy-system analysis experience will be highly regarded
- Australian citizenship and a current Baseline Security Clearance as a minimum requirement
