On behalf of HSE, we are looking for a Business Design Change Manager x2 (Inside IR35) for a 5 month contract which is a hybrid role so requires up to 3 days a week in the nearest HSE hub - Glasgow, Bootle, Leeds, Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol, Basingstoke At the Health and Safety Executive, we believe everyone has the right to come home safe and well from their job. As a Business Design Change Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

- Role for the business design and change manager – senior role
- Overseeing and advising on some of the BA task
- Working with senior stakeholder across the portfolio
- Up and down, management and engagement
- Recognize that is not a change manager not a business designer is a blend of those
- These roles it to see the whole project through form concept design elements and overseeing BA and then get into change management discipline, following up to ftake the project to completion.
- The candidate will work on 7disciplines,




- Change manager, BA< design, LEAN (this is all it was provided)
- Working in a team, overseeing from perm, there is community of practice they must participate in, they can ask for support to make sure they work in the HSE framework,
- This is a leading role, be autonomous and be able to articulate discussion and able to communicate what the recommendation are in to drive the best outcomes for the users

Essential Skills

- Experience of applying effective business design approaches, the principles of business architecture and change Management methodologies to complex organisational change projects.
- Experience of managing engagement across complex and varied stakeholder groups to deliver strategic solutions that balance effective and efficient operational delivery, ensuring their inclusion in the business chang
- Experience of adopting a user-centred design approach and provide a bridge between the project and the business users to ensure activities are planned and completed, enabling the changes being delivered by the project, from concept to execution and review. – perks
- Strong self starter with a pro active approach to all duties

Desirable Skills

- Understanding Dynamics 365 and Dev ops
- Alongi the line of BCS – analysts type or PRSCI or APM

- Competent users for Office 365 Suite
