About my client

My client is a well-established, national supplier of premium natural stone cladding and decorative stone products. With distribution centers along the east coast and a strong network of resellers, they help homeowners, builders and designers turn ordinary walls into standout features. As part of their continued growth, they're now looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales across Sydney and NSW.

The opportunity

This role suits a hunter who loves building relationships. You'll win new business, strengthen the reseller network and make my client the first choice for natural stone cladding with trade and specifiers.

What you'll do

- Find and win new accounts with landscape and building supply yards, tile and stone retailers, and hardware stores.

- Build relationships with builders, landscapers, architects, interior designers and developers to get my client's products specified on projects.

- Manage and grow existing reseller accounts through regular visits, product training and display support.





- Run a healthy pipeline from first contact to close, and report on activity and results.

- Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events and customer presentations.

- Pass market and competitor insights back to the business.

What you'll bring

- At least [3 ] years of B2B sales or business development experience in building products, stone, tiles, landscaping or a related construction field.

- A track record of winning new business and hitting targets.

- Confidence building relationships at every level, from trade counters to architects' offices.

- Solid organisation and CRM discipline.

- A full driver's licence and a willingness to travel across Sydney and regional NSW.
