The Citadines Connect Sydney Airport now seeks an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated person to join as Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will join a tight-knit, supportive team.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive revenue, occupancy and business growth for Citadines Connect Sydney Airport.

- Proactively identify, prospect and convert new opportunities across corporate, airline, airport, group, leisure and extended-stay markets.

- Build and manage strong relationships with key clients through sales calls, presentations, site inspections, networking and ongoing account development.

- Manage a healthy sales pipeline, negotiate commercially sound agreements and drive the conversion of leads, proposals, RFPs and group enquiries.

- Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing and property operations to identify market opportunities, develop targeted initiatives and maximise commercial performance.

To be successful in this role you must have:

- Proven experience in business development, hotel sales, account management or a similar commercial role, with a strong focus on generating new business.

- Solid prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills,



with the confidence to engage corporate clients, airlines, travel partners and group organisers.

- A commercially driven mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities, manage a sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.

- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to client engagement and market activity.

- The ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Revenue, Marketing and hotel operations, while taking ownership of client relationships and commercial outcomes.
