Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

- Develop and implement strategies to expand our NDIS services and market presence.

- Identify current business opportunities and establish relationships with potential referral partners.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective participants and business opportunities.

- Develop strategies to increase appropriate participant referrals and support sustainable business growth.

NDIS Networking & Relationship Management

- Build strong professional relationships with support coordinators, specialist support coordinators, plan managers and allied health professionals.

- Connect with hospitals, community organisations and other relevant stakeholders.

- Attend networking events, industry meetings and stakeholder presentations.

- Conduct outreach activities to promote our services and establish long-term referral partnerships.

Service Promotion & Participant Growth

- Promote our available NDIS services,



including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and other services offered by the organisation.

- Communicate our service offerings clearly to referral partners and prospective participants.

- Identify suitable service opportunities based on participant needs, preferences and available support options.

- Work collaboratively with the intake and operations teams to facilitate smooth participant onboarding.

Reporting & Performance

- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, leads and referral partners.

- Monitor the referral pipeline and report on business development progress.

- Identify market trends and opportunities to improve outreach and engagement strategies.

- Work towards agreed business development objectives and growth targets.
