About us

NXT Quarry supplies crushed rock, aggregates, sand, soil, concrete and disposal across Victoria. We supply major projects, including Inland Rail’s Victorian section, and we work with large and up and coming civil companies across the state.

We built our own platform, NXT Control. Customers see every load live: tonnes on the way, what’s landed, dockets and spend in real time. Project teams keep telling us the same thing, nobody else has it.

That’s what you’d be selling. A better supplier, not a cheaper one.

The role

- Grow and manage commercial accounts across civil, plumbing, landscaping and construction
- Win new customers and major project supply packages
- Quote and price jobs, with the founders backing you on decisions
- Work closely with operations so what you sell gets delivered properly





- What you bring

- Proven sales experience in quarry, civil materials or a closely related industry
- An established network of trade and contractor relationships across Victoria
- Strong product and spec knowledge across crushed rock, soils, sands and aggregates: classes, VicRoads specs, AS4419 soils, volumes vs tonnes
- Someone who’d rather do it properly than do it cheap

- $90-110k base + super, depending on experience
- 10% of the gross profit on every sale you make, uncapped, plus super
- OTE $250k-$300k for a performing book
