The Opportunity

Your primary focus will be to generate and secure new property management business, building on the agency's established reputation while developing your own professional network.

Depending on your experience, you may specialise in residential or commercial property management.

You'll be responsible for

- Identifying, generating and converting new business opportunities

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, investors and referral partners

- Conducting rental appraisals and presenting management proposals

- Developing and managing a consistent pipeline of prospective clients

- Leveraging internal referrals, marketing campaigns and existing business relationships

- Building your presence and professional network across your agreed territory

- Working collaboratively with our Sales and Property Management teams

- Contributing to the continued growth and success of LJ Hooker Joondalup

This is a full-time position combining office and field work,



with flexibility to manage your schedule and pursue opportunities in the way that works best for you.

About You

We're looking for an established business development professional who knows how to identify opportunities, build relationships and deliver results.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- Proven experience in real estate business development, whether in residential property management or commercial property management.

- A demonstrated track record of successfully generating and converting recent business

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

- Confidence engaging with property owners, investors and industry professionals
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and the ability to manage your own business pipeline

- Strong relationship-building and networking skills

- Sound knowledge of the Perth property market
- A current driver's licence
- A collaborative, positive attitude and a desire to keep growing professionally

You don't need to specialise in both residential and commercial property management. We're interested in experienced professionals who can bring proven skills and results to either area.
