What You'll Do

- Drive new business acquisition through proactive prospecting, networking, and follow-ups.

- Build strong relationships with landlords, investors, and referral partners.





- Present PIA’s premier property management services and convert enquiries and/or rental appraisals into new management listings.

- Track pipeline activity, share growth ideas, and coordinate seamless client onboarding.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in property management, leasing, or residential sales.

- A results-driven mindset with a passion for excellence and teamwork.

- Valid NSW real estate certificate of registration/licence and a current driver’s licence.

- An established network and track record in listing new managements (highly regarded).
