Crown Developers WA Pty Ltd is a Western Australian property development company focused on property investment and development opportunities. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support our business growth, expand our market presence and develop current business opportunities within the property development industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing sales, marketing and business development strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Conducting market research and analysing property market trends, customer demand and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Planning and coordinating marketing initiatives to promote the company's property development projects and services.
- Establishing sales and business development targets and monitoring performance against company objectives.
- Identifying and developing relationships with prospective clients, property investors, real estate agents and other business partners.
- Developing strategies to attract potential buyers and investors and increase market awareness of the company's development projects.
- Preparing business proposals, marketing plans and presentations for prospective clients and business partners.
- Negotiating commercial terms and coordinating business development arrangements with prospective clients and partners.
- Working with management and external sales and marketing agents to coordinate promotional activities and property marketing campaigns.




- Reviewing market feedback, sales performance and marketing effectiveness, and recommending improvements to business development strategies.
- Managing business development and marketing budgets in consultation with company management.
- Preparing regular reports on sales opportunities, marketing activities and business development performance.

Skills and Experience
- Relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Property or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales or marketing management, preferably within the property development, construction or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies and business development practices.
- Good knowledge of the Western Australian property market and industry trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop business strategies, manage commercial relationships and achieve business objectives.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management and external stakeholders.

Annual Salary: $80,000 to $120,000 plus superannuation
