About the role

Responsible for developing and managing B2B clients by promoting logistics solutions, driving sales growth, and working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services.

Key responsibilities

- Proactively develop new B2B customers, including e-commerce sellers and corporate clients
- Promote company logistics products and solutions (international & domestic transport, customised services)
- Prepare quotations and tailored solutions based on customer needs, and follow up contract execution
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships to improve satisfaction and repeat business
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Collect market and competitor insights to support business and sales strategy development
- Perform other duties reasonably from time to time

About you

- Bachelor's degree or above; logistics, e-commerce,



express or related industries preferred
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience preferred
- Robust communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Target-driven and results-oriented, able to perform under pressure
- Good time management and self-motivation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Must hold a valid Australian work visa
