McPherson Media Group is looking for a cadet journalist to join The Riverine Herald, Campaspe News and Kyabram Free Press team. Get your career off to a flying start in an award-winning newsroom.

What we are looking for:

Journalism isn’t a job here, it’s a lifestyle. If that sounds like you, get in touch. If you want a routine day job, please apply somewhere else. But if you want to learn fast, want to build a rock solid resumé and want to be part of an award-winning team, we want to hear from you.

About McPherson Media Group:

McPherson Media Group (MMG) is one of regional Australia's most respected independent media companies, with a footprint of print and digital mastheads serving communities across the Goulburn Valley and beyond. As an creative, future-focused media company, we are investing in digital-first storytelling, mobile journalism, video production, and modern distribution. We’re looking for forward-thinking talent who share our drive to push regional media forward.

How to apply:

If you are ready to join our team, please send us your resume, a compelling cover letter, and a link to your portfolio. To find out more about the role, reach out to Group Editor Andrew Mole *****@mmg.com.au
