Full time: $55,000 – $65,000 per year (full time/part time paid pro-rata, in line with the applicable award and your experience)

Rustica Brighton is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Café Allrounder to join our team, on either a part-time or full-time basis. If you’re confident behind the espresso machine, comfortable across all sections of a busy café, and genuinely love hospitality, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

- Barista experience essential: confident on espresso, skilled in milk texturing, and able to produce consistent, high-quality coffee

- Comfortable working across all areas of the café: front of house, table service, food prep, and coffee

- Customer-focused: friendly, welcoming, and professional with every guest

- Operationally aware: understands stock rotation, cleanliness standards,



and daily café workflows

- Reliable and adaptable: thrives under pressure and happy to step in wherever needed

- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

- Weekend availability (essential)
