Left Field Carnegie is looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team on the floor.
What you'll do
- Run the floor during service and keep things moving
- Lead, train and support a team that includes junior staff
- Handle customer feedback, opening/closing and cash-up
- Work closely with the kitchen and management
What we need (essential)
- Minimum 2 years' cafe experience - this is mandatory
- Experience supervising or leading a team
Nice to have
- Robust barista/coffee skills
- RSA
- Calm under pressure with great communication
- Weekend availability
