Reid Fruits is one of Tasmania’s leading cherry producers, and we’re gearing up for another busy harvest season.

We are currently looking for our Camp Caretakers, ideally suited to a travelling couple, to oversee and support our seasonal worker accommodation site at our Plenty orchard.

About the Role

Our camp houses up to 280 seasonal pickers during harvest. As Camp Caretaker, your role will involve helping to maintain a safe, clean and well-organised camp environment, assisting with general camp requirements and supporting the day-to-day needs of seasonal workers.

The Camp Caretakers will also provide general farm support as required, making this a varied role that will suit practical, organised and approachable people who enjoy working in a busy seasonal setting.

Experience in camp management,



hospitality, accommodation, farming or a similar environment would be an advantage, but we are also interested in people with the right attitude and a willingness to get involved.

What you Need

You will need to be reliable, flexible must be available to work up to seven days per week during the peak of harvest. Work will be available from December through to the end of January, with exact dates and arrangements to be discussed.
