We’re looking for a Capability Development Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and help build capability across our frontline and the broader teams that support and partner with them.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work across different areas of the business, including Claims, Contact Centre, Advice, Employer and other internal teams, giving you the chance to understand how different parts of the organisation come together to support our members.
You’ll design, develop and deliver practical learning experiences that build the knowledge, skills and confidence of our people. This could include supporting onboarding programs, delivering targeted capability uplift, facilitating virtual and face-to-face learning, and creating practical resources such as facilitator guides, job aids, quick reference guides, presentations,
checklists and digital learning. T
You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, operational leaders and teams across the business to take complex process, system, policy and regulatory information and turn it into learning that is clear, practical and relevant to how people actually work.
You’ll also listen to feedback, identify emerging capability needs and use insights from the teams you support to continually improve our learning approach.
It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, making complex information simple, and creating learning that makes a real difference to how people perform and the experience we deliver to our members.
