We act for private buyers and businesses across the country, sourcing vehicles, negotiating with dealers and managing the process to save our clients time, money and hassle. The business runs on industry knowledge, long-standing dealer relationships and personal service, and our brokers are the people who deliver it.

What you'll do

You'll own a pipeline of warm, pre-qualified enquiries and guide each client to the right purchase. Day to day, you'll:

- Initiate and maintain genuine relationships with potential clients, guiding them through their car-buying journey
- Convert enquiries into leads and opportunities by understanding each client's requirements, budget and timeframe, and matching them to the most appropriate car
- Develop expert knowledge across every make and model available in Australia, and use it to walk clients through the features, advantages and benefits of each, including how they compare with competitive models
- Present options clearly, handle objections and confidently close sales
- Source new vehicles and negotiate competitive offers through our nationwide dealer network
- Coordinate trade-ins and work with finance and aftermarket specialists where required
- Follow up on all leads and opportunities and convert them into purchasing transactions




- Assist customers with completing the paperwork required to process a successful sale, and manage the details and client communication right through to delivery
- Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date on all customer matters
- Meet the targets and KPIs set by management

About you

You have a passion for the automotive industry and strive to deliver the best customer experience in all areas of your work. Driven by targets, you're always looking for your next sale. You follow sales processes and procedures, and you bring a friendly, positive and professional approach to every customer.
