We’re Hiring! Join the Little Herberts Team

Position: Casual Hairdresser | Immediate Start & Ongoing Opportunity Location: Little Herberts, West Perth

Do you love working with children, have a warm and friendly personality, and pride yourself on being reliable and professional? We'd love to meet you!

We're looking for an experienced, qualified hairdresser to join our busy Little Herberts salon as we head into one of our busiest and most exciting times of the year!

With Christmas just around the corner, followed by the January school holidays and the busy back-to-school period in early February, we're looking for an extra pair of talented hands to help us keep our little clients looking fabulous.

We're ideally looking for someone who can join us now and work through to early February, with the opportunity to stay on as part of our team beyond this period.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating positive experiences for kids and families while being part of a supportive, fun and friendly team.

What we're looking for:

- A qualified and experienced hairdresser, confident in cutting and styling hair
- Someone who genuinely loves working with children (patience and kindness are a must!)
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- A friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills

- Someone happy to lend a hand wherever needed in our busy salon and retail store
- Availability throughout the Christmas, January school holiday and back-to-school periods

Retail experience would be a bonus! As well as our hair salon, Little Herberts has a beautiful retail store filled with toys, books, gifts and haircare products. Previous experience working as a retail sales assistant, helping customers and selling products would be a real advantage.

Why you'll love working with us:

✨ Excellent pay ? Free onsite parking

? No late nights

? 20% off products

? A fun, caring team with a kind boss who values you

❤️ The chance to make a real difference to children and families

At Little Herberts, we're more than just a hair salon. We're a welcoming space where children feel comfortable, families feel supported, and our team genuinely enjoys what they do.

Whether you're looking for some extra work over the busy summer period or hoping to find a lovely team to call home longer term, we'd love to hear from you!
