About The Role

As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities will include conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and supporting clients and visitors with professionalism and confidence.

Security Casuals Needed | Black Friday, Christmas Trading & Leave Coverage

We are seeking experienced Security Officers to support increased operational demands during the Black Friday and Christmas trading period, as well as provide ongoing leave coverage. Enjoy versatile shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours, offering excellent opportunities to earn additional hours and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Work Type: Casual

Pay: Level 2 | $36.55

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets




- Provide a professional and approachable security presence
- Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
- Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
- Adhere to all site and company security protocols
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A valid Security Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
- Availability to workday/night and weekday/weekend shifts
- Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Solid attention to detail
- A reliable and punctual work history
- Full Australian working rights
