This role is commencing immediately to cover long service leave, with strong potential for the position to continue beyond the initial three-month period.Reporting into the procurement leadership team, you will oversee a small team of purchasing professionals while ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services across the business.Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead, mentor and support a small purchasing team

/n

- Manage daily purchasing activities and workflows

/n

- Ensure purchasing processes comply with company policies and procedures

/n

- Support supplier engagement, negotiations and issue resolution

/n

- Monitor purchasing performance, priorities and delivery outcomes

/n

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet operational requirements

/n

- Assist with contract and supply agreement administration

/n About You/n /n

- Previous experience supervising or leading a procurement or purchasing team

/n





- Strong purchasing, procurement or supply chain background

/n

- Working knowledge of supply agreements and contracts

/n

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

/n

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

/n

- ERP system experience and strong computer skills

/n

- Available to commence immediately or at very short notice
