- Compliance: Lead and oversee the daily operational performance of the centre in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Team Mentorship &
- Growth: Foster a positive, inclusive, and cooperative culture. Mentor, guide, and develop educators to ensure high-quality pedagogical practices.
- Operational &
- Financial Management: Manage staffing rosters, daily enrolments, occupancy growth, and operational budgets to ensure service sustainability.

- Family Engagement: Build open, trust-based partnerships with families, local community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
