Your Role – Lead, Inspire and Make an Impact

As Centre Director, you will play a key role in driving the success of the centre by:

- Leading, mentoring and supporting educators to achieve their full potential.
- Overseeing daily centre operations, ensuring smooth and effective service delivery.
- Maintaining high standards of education, care, compliance and quality.
- Building robust, positive relationships with children, families and the wider community.
- Creating a safe, inclusive, nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Promoting a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For





We are looking for leaders who bring both professional experience and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Essential requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Childcare Centre Director.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or an equivalent approved qualification.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis training.
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Excellent leadership, communication, people management and organisational skills.
