About the Role

As a Certificate III Educator, you will play an important role in providing high-quality education and care while supporting children's development, wellbeing and learning.

Your responsibilities will include

- Building positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

- Supporting the implementation of engaging, play-based learning experiences.

- Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

- Actively supervising children and maintaining a strong focus on child safety.

- Supporting children's individual needs, interests and developmental milestones.

- Contributing to observations, documentation and children's learning journeys.

- Working collaboratively with the team to deliver quality educational programs.

- Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and service policies.

About You

We are looking for someone who:





- Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification).

- Has a genuine passion for working with children.

- Understands the importance of child safety, active supervision and safeguarding.

- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Is reliable, versatile and able to work collaboratively within a team.

- Demonstrates initiative, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

- Is committed to ongoing professional learning and development.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

- Current Working With Children Check (or relevant state equivalent).

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain, where applicable).

- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF.
