We’re seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager with SAP S/4HANA transformation experience to join a major enterprise transformation program in Brisbane.

If you have led organisational change and solution adoption across an SAP S/4HANA or large-scale SAP ERP implementation, this is an opportunity to play a key role in preparing the business for new systems, processes and ways of working.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Senior Change Manager, you’ll lead the Solution Adoption / Organisational Change Management workstream for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation.

You’ll work closely with program leadership, SAP delivery teams, business stakeholders, communications and learning functions to ensure impacted teams are prepared, capable and ready for the transition.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end Solution Adoption / OCM workstream across the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Develop and execute the Change Management Strategy, OCM Plan and supporting adoption activities.
- Translate SAP solution and process changes into clear people, process, capability and organisational impacts.
- Integrate change activities with SAP solution design, testing, deployment, cutover and transition to BAU.
- Lead Change Impact Assessments across impacted business functions and stakeholder groups.
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies, executive communications and leadership materials.
- Establish and manage Change Champion and Super User networks.




- Lead organisational and business-readiness planning ahead of deployment and go-live.
- Identify and manage change, adoption, resistance and organisational-readiness risks.
- Develop readiness reporting, dashboards and adoption insights for program leadership.
- Partner with the Training Lead to align Change Impact Assessments, Learning Needs Analysis, communications and learning activities.
- Coordinate communications, training, readiness and adoption activities against implementation milestones.
- Support Train-the-Trainer and capability-uplift initiatives.
- Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams, business SMEs and program leadership to understand solution changes and their workforce impacts.
- Support governance forums and provide evidence-based recommendations on organisational readiness and adoption.

What We’re Looking For

- Extensive organisational change management experience within large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
- Demonstrated SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
- Experience leading organisational change or Solution Adoption across an SAP implementation from design through testing, deployment and go-live.
- Strong understanding of the people and process impacts associated with enterprise ERP transformation.




- Demonstrated experience leading complex change workstreams from strategy through implementation and adoption.
- Strong Change Impact Assessment and organisational-readiness experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication capability.
- Experience integrating change, communications, learning and readiness activities.
- Experience establishing Change Champion and/or Super User networks.
- Strong change-risk, resistance and dependency management capability.
- Experience using readiness and adoption insights to guide change interventions and executive decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively with SAP delivery teams, systems integrators, business SMEs and senior program stakeholders.
- Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is highly regarded.
