We're seeking a Change & Communications Consultant to support technology transformation programs commencing in November.

We're looking for a consultant with proven experience designing and delivering communications, stakeholder engagement plans, and business readiness activities within complex, highly regulated organisational environments.

Key experience includes

- ERP or enterprise technology implementation projects (Oracle, Technology One, SAP, Salesforce, Workday or similar)

- Developing and executing communication strategies and plans

- Creating high-quality communication materials across multiple channels and audiences

- Measuring communication feedback and effectiveness, engagement experience, adoption and readiness outcomes

- Change adoption tracking, insights and reporting

- Engaging key business stakeholders, project teams, technical SME's and operational stakeholders in complex environments

- Hands-on delivery of change, communications and training planning support activities

- Experience working with change champion networks and technology teams





This role will suit a pragmatic, delivery focused Change & Communications Consultant, Change Manager or Business Readiness Lead who enjoys simplifying complex information, and delivering practical change outcomes. Experience supporting transformation programs in highly regulated environments such as government, financial services, utilities, or healthcare will be highly regarded.
