Change Manager

Permanent – Full time (part time from 0.8 FTE considered)

West Leederville

Big change. Real influence. A seat at the table.

Relationships Australia WA (RAWA) is in a period of significant transformation. We are redesigning our organisational structure, implementing major new systems and delivering a program of people and culture initiatives – often all at once. We are seeking an experienced Change Manager who thrives on pace and complexity to lead the people side of this change for more than 300 staff across 24 locations in Western Australia.

The changes you lead will directly shape how we support individuals, couples, families and communities across WA. With priorities already endorsed by the Executive Team, you will hit the ground running.

About the role

This is a permanent, stand-alone role based in West Leederville. Reporting to the Executive Manager People and Culture and working closely with the Executive Team, you will own our change approach and influence senior leaders to bring their teams with them. Key responsibilities include:

- Building change capability across RAWA so leaders can confidently lead change themselves

- Leading the people side of organisational redesign, from impact assessment and consultation planning through to embedding new ways of working

- Driving adoption of major system implementations so new systems are embraced and used, not just installed

- Designing and delivering change for key people and culture initiatives

- Advising the Executive Team on change readiness, risk and resistance, and coaching senior leaders to lead their teams through change

- Sequencing change across the organisation to manage change load and minimise change fatigue

- Measuring adoption and reporting on what is working and what is not

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Substantial experience leading change across multiple concurrent initiatives, including organisational redesign and major system implementations

- Proven ability to influence, advise and coach senior leaders and executives without direct authority

- Experience working in a stand-alone or lead change role, setting the change approach as well as delivering it

- Strong grounding in a recognised change management methodology (e.g. Prosci/ADKAR)

- Experience leading staff consultation processes during organisational change

Desirable Skills:

- Prosci certification or equivalent change management accreditation

- Experience delivering change across multiple sites and dispersed teams

- Experience using data to track adoption and engagement

Why Join Us?

We are an organisation guided by our values of Authenticity, Inclusion, Compassion and Excellence.

- A supportive, collaborative workplace with a cohesive Executive Team you will work closely with

- Flexible work options, including hybrid working, work-from-home arrangements and flexible schedule

- Support for your ongoing professional development,

so you keep growing your change expertise

- Not-for-profit salary packaging up to $18,550, increasing your take-home pay

- Up to three additional days' leave over the Christmas–New Year period
