About you
- 2+ years experience in quality kitchens
- Empathy, ambition, integrity and creativity
- Excellent communication skills, team player
- Cool, calm and capable during a busy service
- Friendly manner - comfortable being front and centre with regulars
- Available Wednesday to Sunday preferably
