Little H Operation Pty Ltd Ilma Beach House is situated in an idyllic location in the picturesque South West of Western Australia and has quickly become an iconic dining destination in the region. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with established menus and standards.

Planning menus and contributing to the development of new dishes and seasonal specials. Monitoring food quality, presentation and consistency. Managing food preparation and ensuring efficient kitchen operations during service.

Monitoring stock levels, ordering ingredients and minimising food wastage. Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards. Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring kitchen equipment is properly operated and maintained.

Supervising and training less experienced kitchen staff.



Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure productive service and consistently high food standards. To meet our business needs, you will be required to: Be a qualified Chef (or 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Chef).

Have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a Chef. Demonstrate sound knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation and kitchen operations. Have a passion for quality food and attention to detail.

Be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills. Be punctual, reliable and professional. Be available to work weekends and evenings as required.

The successful candidate will be required to live and work in the WA South West region. FIFO arrangements will not be accepted. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
