Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and assemble airline meals to strict specifications
- Follow standardised recipes and production schedules
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Portion, label,



and package products accurately
- Meet production deadlines aligned with airline flight schedules
- Adhere to HACCP, food safety, and workplace health & safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organised work area

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement)
- Previous experience working in a commercial or high-volume kitchen
- Robust understanding of food safety and HACCP standards
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
