Now, we're looking for an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to join our leadership team and help shape what comes next.

The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional CFO role. It's an prospect to help lead a growing Australian brand with global ambitions.

Working closely with the CEO and COO, you'll play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, driving business performance and building the financial foundations to support our next stage of growth.

We're looking for a commercially minded, hands on leader who can operate strategically at C-suite level but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get into the detail. Someone who leads by example, works alongside their team and understands that great leadership means being prepared to get on the tools.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the company's financial strategy, planning and overall financial performance.

- Partner with the CEO and COO to drive growth, profitability and business performance.

- Provide strategic financial insight to support investment, expansion and commercial decisions.

- Lead financial governance, risk management,



statutory reporting and corporate compliance.

- Oversee audit, Board reporting and financial governance requirements as a public unlisted company.

- Drive financial discipline, cash flow management and working capital optimisation.

- Build and develop a high performing finance function capable of supporting a rapidly growing global business.

- Stay close to the detail, support your team and get hands on when the business needs you.

What We're Looking For

- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience.

- CA or CPA qualified.

- Strong commercial experience within retail, apparel, wholesale or ecommerce.

- Experience leading financial strategy within a growing, multi channel business.

- Strong understanding of corporate governance, audit and statutory compliance.

- A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable getting into the detail and working through operational challenges.

- A hands on leader who leads by example, takes ownership and brings people along on the journey.

- Someone who enjoys building teams, challenging the status quo and making things happen.
