? About the Role
Location: Mooloolah Valley Employment Type: Casual
Travel: Weekly Petrol money if you reside 25km from the place of work
Hours (Monday–Friday):
- Before School Care: 7:00am – 9:00m
- After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
- Vacation Care (on operational days): Between7:00am – 5.30pm
Total Hours:
- Up to 15 hrs per week (during school terms)
- Minimum casual 22 hrs/week (during Vacation Care)
As the OSHC qualified educator, you will support and, at times, lead a passionate team to deliver a safe, engaging, and compliant program. You'll design exciting activities, build meaningful connections with children and families, and play an active role within the school community. ? What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the team of educators
- Supporting planning and delivering creative, enriching experiences
- Building robust, positive relationships with families and the school community
- Ensuring compliance, safety,
and high-quality care
- Overseeing documentation, medical records, and daily operations
? About You
- A natural team player who loves working with children and has worked in the sector previously
- Confident communicator across children, families, and school staff
- Creative, energetic, and FUN
- Strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude
- Able to maintain a clean, nurturing, and welcoming environment
- Diploma qualified or actively working towards a qualified qualification (as per ACECQA standards)
- Hold a Working With Children Check (P-Status)
- Holds or is willing to obtain the Education and Care First Aid (012) and Child Safe Course.
