We’re looking for a motivated experienced practitioner or new graduate to join the team at South Hobart Acupuncture - a busy, purpose-built clinic in the heart of Hobart that has built its reputation on one thing: thorough Chinese medicine care with a twist of practical magic.

From your very first shift you’ll step into a practice that is set up for you to succeed. You’ll find:

- a steady flow of new patients,
- a full raw-powder dispensary,
- virtual reception handling your admin so you can focus on treating,

- a genuine mentoring pathway with regular one-on-one support, monthly discussions with the whole team and an open, collaborative culture where we invest in each other’s growth.

You are: This position is suitable for an experienced practitioner or new graduate. In fact, new grads are encouraged to apply, with mentoring and coaching opportunities available for those with a drive to establish a thriving practice. This would also suit someone looking for a lifestyle shift or sea change to beautiful Hobart.

- Able to start work in 2027.
- A degree-qualified and AHPRA registered practitioner with the relevant insurances,
- A practitioner that is able work in a rapid-paced environment, to run two rooms with time efficiency,
- Someone with a passion for women's health and fertility, with completion of The Fertile Life Method by Kirsten Wolfe (or plans to complete).
- Committed to providing thorough treatment plans to ensure optimal health outcomes for your patients.
- A team player who is willing to grow and develop with regular feedback, mentoring and goal setting.




- Someone with a desire and passion to really engage with your workplace.

Duties in this role: In this role you will be expected to perform duties pertaining to client treatment, follow-up and care. These duties include but are not limited to:

- Availability for 2-4 shifts per week, including Saturdays (Weekdays 7am-1pm or 1pm-7pm or Saturdays 8am-2pm).
- Performing all clinical treatments within the allocated time frame.
- Providing clients with treatment timelines and expectations plus a verbal and written treatment plan.
- Maintaining all client records in Cliniko practice management software in keeping with AHPRA guidelines.
- Promoting yourself through social media, blog posts, networking and other marketing platforms.
- Integrate with and support a thriving team and culture, that will in turn support you back.
- Any other duties required to support the success of your practice and the clinic as a whole.
